Xuancheng Chuangxi Casting Co., Ltd. is a professional foundry specializing in producing ductile iron castings, with nearly 20 years of casting experience. We focus on the development, casting, machining, and sales of important automotive parts such as brake castings (calipers, brackets, steering knuckles), concentrating on automotive brake castings and following a specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative development path.

The company is located in a traditional revolutionary area, the hometown of Xuan paper—Jing County, Anhui. Covering 120 acres, we hold the national high-tech enterprise qualification and have been awarded the title of specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative champion enterprise, as well as being a key industrial company in Xuancheng City.

Chuangxi Casting currently has a 50,000-square-meter casting production workshop and over 800 employees, including a 45-person R&D team and more than 60 quality management staff. We have 4 American Inductotherm electric furnaces, 2 large automated DISA sand handling systems, 5 horizontal molding lines, and 2 vertical DISA molding lines (a third one is under construction), matched with fully automatic pouring machines and automated post-casting cleaning equipment. The designed annual production capacity is 50 million brake calipers, brackets, and steering knuckle castings (80,000 tons). We control Zhejiang Juchuang Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Anhui Eagle Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which have nearly 30,000 m² of machining workshops with over 300 high-end machining and precision inspection equipment sets. This allows us to complete integrated casting, electrophoresis, and machining processes, widely serving major automotive OEMs and brake assembly manufacturers.
